Over my twenty-year career, I have accrued extensive experience leading teams and holding responsibility for significant budgets and meeting key targets. Responsibilities have spanned leading finance functions through to managing all aspects of recruitment and retention, and delivering learning & development strategies.

Now as a registered accountancy practice, I am able to offer fractional leadership for businesses that may not require a full-time FD or CFO, but need senior experience to help deliver growth or their BAU strategy. This would always be with a commercial focus, drawing on my skill-set.

Should a business have a gap in finance leadership, I also have experience of Interim FD roles and can be available at very short notice to tackle any such issues.
